It is important to process the emotional distress associated with this pain and explore what healing means for each person. Ally utilizes modalities such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavior therapy
(CBT) to aid in the healing process.
Ally sees adults (18+) and offers virtual sessions on Wednesdays from 7:30-11:30.
